1. Return Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions listed below.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@virtechify.online to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: brand new, unused, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and cables).
  • The box must not be defaced, written on, or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened ink or toner cartridges (due to expiration/usage concerns).
  • Software that has been opened or downloaded.
  • Special order or custom-configured hardware.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

4. Restocking Fees

If an item is returned opened (but unused) or if the packaging is damaged, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and testing the unit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Shipping Damage: Please report visible box damage immediately to the carrier and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Defective Hardware: Most printers come with a manufacturer warranty. If a device is defective out of the box, we will assist you in processing a warranty claim with the manufacturer (HP, Canon, etc.) or facilitate an exchange if reported within 14 days.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or provided as store credit for quotes paid via invoice) within 5-10 business days.

7. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
